Refund / missed class policy
Registration fees are refundable only when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the start of the first class session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the first session begins or after the session has started. Emergencies and missed classes will be handled case by case. When appropriate, a missed class may be made up during the next available session. Make up availability is not guaranteed and depends on space.
Assumption of risk & liability
I understand that working with dogs and participating in a group training environment carries inherent risks, including scratches, bites, falls, injuries, illness, property damage, or interactions between dogs. I accept responsibility for my dog and my own participation and agree to follow all safety instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Alyssa Ford Training and Rock N Rollin Rovers, including their owners, staff, agents, and representatives, from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from my or my dog's participation in class, except where caused by conduct that cannot legally be released. I understand that I remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by my dog.
I agree to be honest about my dog's behavior and history, follow trainer safety instructions, keep my dog under control, and provide current vaccination and health information. Participation may be paused or adjusted if my dog becomes overwhelmed or presents a safety concern. I understand that training results vary by dog. I understand that the Confidence & Social Skills class provides structured, controlled socialization and confidence building opportunities and is not a free for all play group. Interactions will be based on each dog's comfort, behavior, and readiness. My dog may be given additional space, asked to skip an interaction, or have participation adjusted if needed for safety or comfort.
